Yes. We also provide wholesale and standard packaging and merchandise for clients who need ready-made items or faster turnaround times. These products can be ordered with or without branding, depending on your needs.

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable options?


Yes. We provide a range of eco-friendly packaging and merchandise options and can advise on materials and production methods based on your sustainability goals and budget.

Can you provide certificates for your products?

2. Pricing & MOQ

What is your MOQ?


MOQ varies by product category.

Do you offer discounts for large-volume orders?


Yes. We provide tiered pricing based on order quantity. Bigger volume = better price.

3. Production & Lead Time

Can I request a sample before bulk production?


Yes. We offer both stock samples (free, only shipping cost needed) and custom samples (sample costs will be credited toward the bulk order).

What is your production lead time?


Lead time depends on product type and order quantity:

  • Custom packaging & Materials: 5–15 days
  • Branded Merchandise & Promotional Products: 5–25 days
  • Rush orders are available for selected products.

How do you ensure product quality?


We follow a strict quality control process:

  • Raw material inspection
  • Pre-production sample confirmation
  • In-line inspection
  • Final QC before shipment
    Photos or videos of production can be provided on request.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?


All orders are produced and shipped from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, worldwide by express, air, and sea.

What shipping methods are available?

  • Air freight
  • Sea freight (FCL / LCL)
  • Train (Europe)

How long does shipping take?


  • Express: 3–7 days
  • Air freight: 7–12 days
  • Sea freight: 15–45 days depending on destination

5. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept:

  • T/T (Bank Transfer)
  • PayPal (small orders or samples)
  • Western Union
  • L/C for large orders (case by case)

Do I need to pay a deposit?


Yes. Usually 30% deposit before production, and a 70% balance before shipment for large orders.

6. After-sales & Support

What if I receive damaged or defective products?


Please contact us promptly with photos or videos. We provide free replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Can you store my goods and ship them later?


Yes. We offer free short-term warehouse storage and multi-destination shipping for bulk orders.

Can you help with Amazon FBA or e-commerce sellers?


Yes. We can handle FBA labeling, packaging, barcodes, and direct shipment to Amazon warehouses.
